In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many companies have had to pivot overnight to a telecommuting model for some or all of their workforce. This has required them to adopt new management methods and new ways of communicating with employees.

They can then use this information to roll out an effective work-from-home policy within their organization and keep it place over a longer period of time, or permanently as the case may be.
